This protocol will help you regain PRANA - the vital life force - gain strength and mental clarity, to get back into full balance and your daily routine. Body needs a detox on all 7 layers and these will help it to do so simultaneously supporting the systems.
The best diet to follow to support our body during this healing time is to stay on a Vegetarian Alkaline diet, if possible raw to keep it light yet nutritious and our gut clean.
Food to support your Energy
Start the day with a glass of a green juice, preferably Green Leafy Vegetables (Kale, Arugula, Celery, Grapefruit, Lemon, Carrots, Dandelion, Spinach, Broccoli, Red pepper, Cucumber)
Stay away from sugar and minimize fructose (can add some sweet fruit to your juice blend for taste, such as kiwi, berries, orange, banana)
Breakfast: Avocado Toast, Oats with nuts, Green tea
Snacks: Any kind of nuts and seeds, Blueberries
Lunch is the heaviest meal of the day: salad with leafy greens, tomatoes, sprouts, vegetables, cucumbers, vegetarian protein of your choice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, add legumes if desired.
Blueberries and Broccoli are powerful antioxidants!!
Don’t boil your vegetables then they lose their benefits, eat them raw, sautéed, baked or grilled!
