Breathing in Love
Love is never old. It does not collect itself, does not store, does not cling. It has no past to protect and no future to secure. It lives only in this pulse, this opening, this moment - fresh as morning dew on a bare skin.
Love is a breath.
Inhale is an arrival.
Exhale is an offering.
The moment you try to hold it, it loses its life. What is meant to flow becomes dense. What is meant to move becomes dull. Just as breath must circulate to keep the body alive, love must keep moving to stay luminous.
When love tightens, life loses its taste. This is the mind entering the heart, teaching it to possess, to guard, to fear loss. But the heart itself knows nothing of ownership. It knows only giving and receiving, again and again.
So let love breathe you.
With each exhale, let your warmth spill into existence.
With each inhale, let existence pour itself back into you.
Make this a living meditation - where breath becomes devotion, and devotion becomes life force. Slowly, something changes. Breathing is no longer mechanical. It becomes prana - the intimate movement of life itself, circulating through you, renewing you, loving through you.
This love does not end,
Because it never tries to stay …
